ABOUT
Dajeonghan Songil Home Care Center (다정한손길재가센터) is a home welfare center in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, offering home-visit care, home-visit bathing, and day/night care.
Our job is to help seniors stay longer in the homes they have lived in and the neighborhoods they know. A social worker first assesses the senior's condition, then chooses suitable services and an assigned caregiver. We keep monitoring changes in condition during service and keep family members informed.
We are a long-term care facility designated by Gangseo-gu, where social workers, nursing staff, and caregivers work as one team.
They handle everything from consultation intake to grade verification, service planning, and contracts. They also check on the senior's condition regularly during service.
In day/night care, they monitor seniors' health, including blood pressure and medication, and notify family members right away if anything is wrong.
Certified caregivers are assigned consistently to each senior and help with daily life and physical activities.
We are also welcoming caregivers to work with us at the center. View Job Information
